Olivier Koning, Head of AccountAt the age of 14, during his summer holidays, Olivier spent time at the famous Amsterdam advertising agency Prad. From that moment onwards, he knew he wanted to pursue advertising as a career. After studying economic psychology at the Catholic University of Brabant, he started work in market research for the Centrum voor Marketing Analyses (Market Analysis Centre). Two years later, he was working as a strategist for
Lowe Kuiper & Schouten. Besides strategy, he also worked to develop his knowledge of Account Management, before going to DDB to work with the prestigious Volkswagen account.
At the beginning of 2000, he took up the position of Account Director at Neboko and was closely involved with the growth of the agency, which merged with TBWA in 2002. He worked for clients such as Heineken (the Biertje? campaign), Unox (Unox blijft Unox), TomTom, Cup-a-Soup (the 4 uur campaign), Nissan (Shift) and Tempo-Team. He helped TBWA\Neboko to win Agency of the Year in 2002 and 2005. After 6 years of working for TBWA\Neboko as CSD and partner, Olivier left to become Head of Accounts and partner at Selmore. He now bears final responsibility for clients such as De Bijenkorf, Conimex and Bavaria.
